Where to Find Your Eminent Domain Property Acquisition and Relocation Guidelines
Most state and local acquisition and relocation guidelines are very similar and are usually based of the federal relocation guidelines. One significant difference can be in the limit of the category of reestablishment. The federal maximum for reestablishment is $25,000. Some states have increased that amount, and some have not.
